About the role
The Marketing Officer will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for creating actionable marketing strategies and executing campaigns that promote the micro‑finance services offered by the company.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Execute promotional campaigns for financial products and services.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and market trends.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, organised and result‑driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, creative team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
