Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the role

VisionSpring is looking for a part‑time Marketing Operations Coordinator on a contract basis to support the execution of marketing programs across eight markets in Asia and sub‑Saharan Africa. The role provides hands‑on operational and content assistance for B2B, B2C, and B2P initiatives, helping the global marketing team deliver high‑quality campaigns, assets, and events efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for marketing campaigns, including asset preparation, content updates, and event logistics.
• Track campaign performance, maintain marketing calendars, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication between regional teams, creative partners, and the Global Senior Manager, Marketing Operations.
• Assist in the creation and localization of marketing materials for diverse market needs.
• Support data entry and reporting for marketing metrics and impact measurement.
