Marketing & Sales Officer

About the role

Nylaro Car Rentals is expanding its vehicle fleet and needs a dynamic Marketing & Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and transition the business into a competitive commercial brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure long‑term vehicle lease agreements with embassies, corporate bodies, NGOs and high‑end individual clients.
• Conduct daily cold visits to diplomatic missions, international NGOs and corporate headquarters.
• Monitor sales performance, adjust strategies, and meet monthly booking and fleet utilisation targets.
• Track diplomatic calendars and corporate events to win bulk transport contracts.
• Negotiate multi‑month contracts with procurement and logistics managers.
• Gather client feedback and provide insights for management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or Business Administration.
• At least two years of field sales experience dealing with corporate or high‑end clients.
• Background in car rentals or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to perform field‑based duties and meet pressure‑driven targets.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• In‑depth knowledge of city road networks, corporate hubs and major hotel locations.
