Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will lead the execution of the brand's overall marketing strategy, translating high‑level plans into concrete monthly and weekly actions. You will ensure that all media content meets quality and compliance standards while driving offline activation and product‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement overall marketing strategies and break them down into monthly/weekly action plans.
• Coordinate the quality and compliance of official media content.
• Supervise offline activities such as product displays, sampling campaigns, and hospital educational events.
• Follow up on product marketing requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and review marketing materials.
• Communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage content delivery.
• Handle and supervise the resolution of user‑related issues and customer complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in large local companies, preferably FMCG.
• Strong consumer insight, empathy, and aesthetic sense.
• Positive, responsible, detail‑oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Experience in integrated marketing communication (IMC) projects.
• Familiarity with social‑media content marketing and offline distribution & sales activation.
• Ability to respond quickly to market issues and handle complaints effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and deep understanding of local culture, consumer habits, and social trends.
• Strong team supervision, execution, and event‑implementation skills.
