Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Mechanical Engineer to drive product innovation from research and development through to design, manufacturing, installation, and final commissioning. The role focuses on designing and fabricating high‑quality mechanical components that meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle product development, including design, prototype testing, manufacturing, and implementation.
• Create outline designs and detailed system/component specifications.
• Conduct methodical experiments, analyse data, and interpret results.
• Test and evaluate theoretical designs, identifying and solving emerging problems.
• Assess final product performance, reliability, and safety, and modify designs as needed.
• Estimate project budgets and scopes, and prepare comprehensive product reports and documentation.
• Engage in continuous learning and develop new theories or methods.
