About the role
We are seeking an energetic Medical Representative to join our team in Ghana, covering both Accra and Kumasi. The role focuses on promoting our healthcare products to pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals, driving brand awareness and sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies, clinics and hospitals to present and sell medical products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Background as a medical assistant, pharmacy technician, or a science‑related degree.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, aggressive marketer willing to travel between Accra and Kumasi.
