Medical Sales Representative – Accra

About the role

Join Shalina Healthcare Ghana as a Medical Sales Representative focused on key accounts in the Accra and Tema regions. You will drive awareness and demand for our healthcare products, ensuring they are readily available in hospitals, clinics and through tender processes.

Key responsibilities

• Segment customers in hospitals and clinics according to company guidelines and determine optimal outreach tools and frequency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date databases of hospitals, clinics and key opinion leaders to capture customer needs and respond promptly.
• Provide the latest product information to medical practitioners, pharmacists and KOLs through face‑to‑face meetings and group presentations.
• Understand each institution’s business and market insights to achieve short‑term and long‑term sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimise market penetration and incorporate feedback.
• Adhere to corporate policies and conduct all activities with integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
