Motor Rider

About the role

Kenson Farms is seeking a reliable Motor Rider to support daily logistics across its farm sites in Accra and the surrounding region. You will be responsible for transporting produce, supplies, and documentation safely and efficiently while representing the farm with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and follow delivery routes between farm locations, processing sites, markets, and partner organisations.
• Load, secure, and unload goods, ensuring agricultural products are protected from damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and simple documentation for each trip.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly and adhere to all road‑safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with basic errands and support overall farm operations as needed.

Required profile

• Valid motorcycle riding licence with proven experience riding in urban and rural settings.
• Strong knowledge of local routes in Accra and surrounding areas, good navigation and time‑management skills.
• Commitment to defensive riding, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
• Physical ability to ride for extended periods and handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Secondary/high‑school education or equivalent and basic English for reading instructions.
