National Service Personnel – Marketing & Actuarial Roles

About the role

NSIA Insurance Ghana is seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join its National Service Programme. Participants will rotate through several functional areas, gaining hands‑on experience in marketing, bancassurance, travel insurance, actuarial support and brand communication within the Accra office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing team in planning and executing branch‑level campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Support the Bancassurance unit with promotional initiatives that drive insurance sales through banking partners.
• Help promote travel insurance products, including client outreach and campaign coordination.
• Provide data‑analysis and reporting assistance to the Actuarial team.
• Contribute to brand management, content creation and communication projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in marketing, business, actuarial science, communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in the insurance sector and a desire to deliver high‑quality service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
