National Service Personnel – Marketing & Creative Positions

About the role

Comm Errands is seeking enthusiastic recent graduates for its 2026/2027 National Service intake. Over a 12‑month period, you will work onsite at our Dome Pillar 2 office in Accra, gaining hands‑on experience across a range of agency departments such as Performance Marketing, Brands & Content Marketing, Customer Service, Creative, and Video Production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members on real client projects within the assigned department.
• Support the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing and communication campaigns.
• Contribute to content development, graphic or video production tasks as required.
• Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or eligible national service candidate from an accredited Ghanaian tertiary institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Based in Accra and able to commute to the office daily.
