National Service Personnel – Marketing & Outreach

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a National Service Personnel (NSP) on a contract basis to support its marketing, outreach, and client‑engagement activities in Accra. The NSP will act as a front‑line representative, promoting the company’s educational programmes to students, parents, schools and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with telesales calls, follow‑up on leads and explain Enlace’s services.
• Support the registration and onboarding of new clients.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, school visits, community outreach events and promotional activities.
• Prepare basic marketing materials and keep client and sales records up to date.
• Gather feedback from prospective and existing clients and submit activity reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in sales, marketing, customer engagement and business development.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with students, parents, schools and organisations.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of lead generation and promotional activities.
• Ability to conduct telesales and outreach campaigns.
• Good administrative and documentation skills.
