About the role
The National Service Personnel – Marketing is a temporary, on‑site position based in Accra. You will support the marketing team in daily activities, helping to plan and execute digital campaigns and create marketing materials.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare marketing collateral and support content creation for social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and performance metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the consulting services team.
Required profile
- Strong analytical ability to interpret marketing data and customer feedback.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
- Relevant tertiary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- Eligibility for national service and willingness to learn and take initiative.
Required skills
- Spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
- Presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms
