About the role
The Nursery Facilitator is responsible for delivering foundational literacy, numeracy and other kindergarten curricula to young learners. This role creates a stimulating, safe and supportive environment that encourages curiosity and positive social interaction. The facilitator works closely with the teaching team to align activities with curriculum standards and adapts lessons to diverse learning needs.
Key responsibilities
- Teach basic literacy, numeracy and a range of kindergarten subjects.
- Design and organise fun, engaging learning activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe classroom environment.
- Monitor pupils’ progress and behaviour, providing feedback as needed.
- Communicate professionally with parents and school management.
- Promote good manners, teamwork and positive behaviour among children.
Required profile
- Experience working with kindergarten‑age children.
- Ability to monitor and assess pupil progress and behaviour.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with parents and staff.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean learning space.
