Offshore Operations Team Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking three qualified professionals to join the offshore vessel fleet of a reputable owner. The positions – Technical Manager, Operations Manager and Technical Support Officer – will support the technical and operational performance of tanker vessels, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient voyages.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Manager: oversee vessel technical operations, coordinate with the Master and crew, manage spares and stores procurement, supervise class flag surveys and monitor daily performance reports.
• Operations Manager: guide crew during cargo operations, ensure safety best practices, handle marine‑related matters with the Master, coordinate class flag surveys, audits and safety management.
• Technical Support Officer: provide daily paperwork support, assist with spares and stores deliveries, generate reports from vessel data and perform any additional support tasks required by management.

Required profile

• Technical Manager – Marine 2nd Engineer qualification or equivalent on tanker vessels.
• Operations Manager – Marine 2nd Officer qualification or equivalent on tanker vessels.
• Technical Support Officer – Graduate engineer with marine‑related studies; fresh candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Experience with Planned Maintenance Software reporting.
• Ability to coordinate Class Flag surveys and related audits.
• Knowledge of marine operations and cargo handling procedures.
