Offshore Operations Team Recruitment

About the role

We are expanding our offshore vessel owner fleet and are looking for experienced maritime professionals to join our technical and operations teams. Three permanent positions are available: Technical Manager, Operations Manager and Technical Support Officer. All roles will work closely with the vessel master, crew and our Cyprus‑based management team.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Manager: oversee all technical operations of tanker vessels, coordinate with the master and crew, manage class flag surveys, monitor daily performance reports and planned maintenance software.
• Operations Manager: guide crew during cargo operations, ensure safety and best practices, coordinate marine operations matters with management, handle class flag surveys, audits and safety management duties.
• Technical Support Officer: provide daily paperwork support, coordinate spares and stores deliveries, generate vessel reports and assist both technical and operations managers as needed.

Required profile

• Technical Manager – Marine 2nd Engineer qualification or equivalent on tanker vessels.
• Operations Manager – Marine 2nd Officer qualification or equivalent on tanker vessels.
• Technical Support Officer – Graduate Engineer with marine‑related qualifications; fresh candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Experience with planned maintenance software reporting.
