Omnichannel Commercial Manager – West Africa

About the role

The Omnichannel Commercial Manager will lead the development and deployment of digital commercial capabilities across the West Africa region. This senior position sits at the intersection of sales, technology and operations, driving growth through integrated digital and traditional route‑to‑market models.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the omnichannel commercial strategy, aligning roadmaps with business priorities.
• Lead digital commercial transformation, deploying eB2B platforms, super‑app solutions, telesales, WhatsApp ordering and marketplace integrations.
• Define and monitor omnichannel KPIs, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth.
• Champion adoption of new digital tools, coordinate capability‑building initiatives and manage change across sales teams.
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of omnichannel platforms, ensuring a consistent high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience in commercial, omnichannel, CRM/SFA or digital commerce, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of Route‑to‑Market and field‑sales operations.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional transformation projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; fluent English.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
