On-site Swimming Pool Construction Technician

About the role

The role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kumasi, focused on constructing residential and commercial swimming pools from start to finish. You will work alongside supervisors, architects and other trades to deliver high‑quality pools while adhering to safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sites, perform excavation and structural work for pool foundations.
• Install plumbing, tiling, decking and other finishing elements following technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support inspections to ensure compliance.
• Report progress, manage material usage and assist with budgeting to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Construction experience, preferably in pool building, civil works or related trades.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail, safety‑conscious mindset and capability to perform physically demanding outdoor tasks.
