About the role
We are looking for an Operations & Commercial Manager to drive corporate, group and weekend bookings, increase room occupancy and F&B sales, and ensure an excellent guest experience across our guesthouse.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect for corporate, group & weekend bookings
- Drive room occupancy and F&B sales
- Manage guest experience and daily operations
- Supervise a small team (max 5 staff)
- Maintain cash, stock and operational controls
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness & presentation
Required profile
- Commercially minded and customer‑focused
- Hands‑on, honest, trustworthy and accountable
- Very attentive to cleanliness and detail
- Background in hospitality, banking, insurance, telecom, retail, sales or customer service
