Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our technology‑driven marketplace that connects artisans, contractors, developers and suppliers in the construction and property sector. The role combines operational oversight, sales leadership, and close coordination with our technology team to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for all platform users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives, building scalable processes for growth.
• Oversee daily marketplace operations, onboarding of artisans, contractors, suppliers and buyers, and enforce service quality standards.
• Recruit, train and manage a sales team, set targets, monitor performance and cultivate strategic partnerships with developers, construction firms and hardware dealers.
• Act as the business liaison for the technology team: translate requirements, prioritize enhancements, monitor development timelines, coordinate releases and ensure platform reliability.
• Define and maintain customer service standards, drive continuous improvement of the digital platform, and champion an excellent customer experience.
