Outsourcing & Staffing Specialist

About the role

The Outsourcing & Staffing Specialist will own the day‑to‑day execution of manpower outsourcing, temporary staffing and entry‑level recruitment for People & Partners Group and its Ghanaian clients. You will manage candidate pipelines, onboarding, deployment and basic HR administration to keep projects fully staffed, compliant and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal account managers and client contacts to gather headcount requirements for temporary, contract and entry‑level positions.
• Prepare, track and obtain approvals for staffing requisitions, ensuring timely deployment.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date manpower tracker covering role, location, contract type and end dates.
• Source candidates for blue‑collar, field, sales, customer service and administrative roles using job boards, social media, referrals and field sourcing.
• Conduct first‑level screening (CV review, phone interview, basic testing) and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or client representatives.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and support onboarding and deployment logistics.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with at least 24 months of experience in staffing, recruitment or related HR functions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requisitions and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
