Outsourcing & Staffing Specialist

About the role

The Outsourcing & Staffing Specialist will own the day‑to‑day execution of manpower outsourcing, temporary staffing and entry‑level recruitment for People & Partners Group and its clients in Ghana. You will ensure that candidate pipelines, onboarding, deployment and basic HR administration are managed efficiently so projects are fully staffed, compliant and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers and client contacts to capture headcount needs for temp, contract and junior roles.
• Prepare, track and obtain approvals for staffing requisitions and deployment timelines.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date manpower tracker covering role, location, contract type and end dates.
• Source candidates for blue‑collar, field, sales, customer service and administrative positions using job boards, social media and referrals.
• Conduct first‑level screening (CV review, phone interview, basic testing) and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or client representatives.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.
• Perform basic HR administration tasks to keep projects compliant and on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of temporary and contract staffing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
