About the role
Egality Law, a corporate and commercial law firm with offices in Ghana and the UK, is seeking a Paralegal to support its lawyers in delivering high‑quality legal services to public‑interest clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting lawyers with legal research and drafting of documents.
- Supporting client meetings, managing diaries, correspondence and logistics.
- Corresponding with clients, external lawyers and government officials on behalf of the firm.
- Handling administrative and office tasks and improving workflow processes.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality on all firm communications.
Required profile
- First Class or Second Class Upper law degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented with the highest level of integrity.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Ability to work well in a team and a sense of humour.
- Proficiency in a foreign language.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
