Personal Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for our executive team in Accra and the Tema region. This full‑time position involves daily commutes, business trips, and personal errands, requiring a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the assigned vehicle for all scheduled trips.
• Ensure punctual pick‑ups and drop‑offs as directed by the employer.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well‑fueled, and in good mechanical condition.
• Plan efficient routes, monitor traffic, and adjust plans to meet timelines.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal items.
• Conduct routine inspections and arrange servicing, repairs, and documentation renewals.
• Follow all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Provide additional support for errands or tasks as requested.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or similar role (minimum 5 years).
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns in Accra and Tema.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the employer’s privacy.
• Physically fit to handle loading and unloading tasks when needed.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license.
