Petroleum Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Petroleum Engineer to oversee oil and gas extraction operations, both offshore and onshore. The role involves designing drilling plans, analyzing geological data, and presenting findings to clients while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule drilling activities for offshore and onshore projects.
• Analyze geological and reservoir data and present results to customers.
• Research and propose new methods and locations for oil and gas extraction.
• Use and maintain drilling and fracturing equipment.
• Supervise drilling operations and extraction processes.
• Determine project budgets and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with geoscientists and engineers to assess geological features.
• Supervise and train technical staff.
