Pharmaceutical Service Assistant – Customer Support

About the role

Draxer Therapeutics is seeking two motivated Pharmaceutical Service Assistants to join its customer‑facing team in Accra. You will be the first point of contact for clients purchasing women’s health, hormonal‑balance and intimate‑wellness products, providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth ordering experience.

Key responsibilities

• Accept, process and package daily orders.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and perform routine inventory checks.
• Answer client calls, explain product usage, and address inquiries.
• Support other operational tasks as needed to keep daily business running efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of patient‑facing experience.
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) certificate or equivalent health‑service assistant qualification.
• Successful completion of the Pharmacy Council MCA examination.
• Age 18 or older, fluent in English and Twi, plus at least one additional local language.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer application proficiency.
