Customer Care Executive (Corporate Office)

About the role

The Customer Care Executive at Dr B lal Clinical Laboratory provides exceptional service to diagnostic customers, handling inquiries, appointments and promoting additional services to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, provide accurate information on services, address inquiries, concerns and schedule appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, customer satisfaction surveys and promote new diagnostic services, including cross‑selling and upselling.
• Assist customers with the registration process and ensure smooth appointment booking.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems and ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and generate reports on feedback, common issues and resolutions for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
• Problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling a high volume of calls.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using G Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
