About the role
Sanford World Clinics is looking for Pharmacy Technicians to support its community clinics in the Greater Accra and Central regions of Ghana. The position involves delivering technical pharmacy services and temporarily overseeing pharmaceutical operations when the pharmacist is unavailable.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical functions related to the delivery of pharmaceutical care.
- Take temporary charge of pharmaceutical services in the pharmacist’s absence.
- Maintain accurate medication inventory and ensure proper storage.
- Assist in dispensing medication and preparing prescriptions.
- Support compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Required profile
- HND in Dispensing Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of national service experience at a recognized health facility.
- Willingness to work across multiple locations in the Central and Greater Accra regions.
