Planner: Integrated Strategist

About the role

The Integrated Planner works as a fact‑finder and storyteller within the Strategy team, turning cultural, consumer and brand data into actionable insights. You will support the creation of bold, culturally‑relevant ideas for Publicis West Africa’s clients by conducting primary and secondary research and translating findings into strategic decks.

Key responsibilities

• Gather secondary and desk research on culture, consumers, categories and brands.
• Analyse client data, briefs and existing research to identify strategic opportunities.
• Plan, schedule and launch primary research projects, coordinating scope and kickoff meetings.
• Develop and present strategy decks that communicate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, account and media teams to ensure insights inform the creative process.

Required profile

• Curious, resource‑ful and eager to dig deep into data.
• Strong interest in digital and social culture.
• Ability to multitask and manage several ideas simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who can run projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to take risks to uncover unexpected insights.
