Plumber (high-rise Building Installations)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled plumber to join BOT Properties’ construction team, focusing on high‑rise building installations in the Accra and Tema region. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in multi‑storey structures while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair water supply, drainage and piping networks in high‑rise buildings.
• Read and work from technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs and replace components as needed.
• Fit fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters and pumps.
• Conduct pressure testing to verify system integrity.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with site engineers and other technicians on project tasks.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Technical certification in plumbing or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of water distribution, drainage and piping systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety standards and best practices.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving abilities.
