POS and Distribution Operations Lead

About the role

The POS and Distribution Operations Lead will oversee the end‑to‑end management of point‑of‑sale device inventory, forecasting, allocation and deployment across Accra and the Tema region. You will ensure secure distribution to agents and merchants while maintaining accurate records for audit compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage POS inventory, demand forecasts, device allocation and deployment planning.
• Coordinate secure device distribution to agents and merchants.
• Track device utilisation, faults, repairs, recoveries and replacements.
• Manage vendors and service providers against agreed SLAs.
• Maintain accurate asset, inventory and distribution records and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, inventory management or distribution.
• POS‑device experience advantageous; payments, banking, fintech or telecoms experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, asset controls, stock reconciliation and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, planning, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
