PR Sales Manager – Renewable Energy & Energy Storage

About the role

The PR Sales Manager will lead sales and business development for energy storage and solar module products across selected African markets. The role focuses on building customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets while supporting the company’s growth strategy in renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for energy storage and solar module products in the assigned market.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers, distributors, and strategic partners to broaden market coverage.
• Manage existing customer relationships and cultivate long‑term commercial partnerships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and implement business plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Monitor customer feedback, payment status, market conditions, and competitor activity to protect business interests.
• Conduct market research, track industry policies, regulations, and trends, and provide intelligence to support regional growth.
• Plan and participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and other business development events.
• Prepare regular sales, market development, and customer activity reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve commercial or technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overseas sales experience, including at least 2 years in energy storage, solar, photovoltaic, or related renewable energy sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new market opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of market development, commercial negotiations, and the renewable energy industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers, distributors, partners, and internal teams.
