About the role
Own the experience for Kofa’s rider and merchant apps, leading research, rapid prototyping with engineering, and evolving the design system as the company scales battery‑swap networks across African cities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research with riders and merchants in Greater Accra.
- Design end‑to‑end product flows from concept through to shipment.
- Maintain and extend the Figma design system.
- Present design rationale to product teams and leadership.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience designing consumer mobile products.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped work, not just concepts.
- Ability to defend design decisions with evidence.
