Product Manager – FMCG (Accra)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our FMCG portfolio, including food, beverage, personal care and detergent products, for the Accra market. The role is on‑site and involves close collaboration with procurement, sales, marketing and logistics to bring products from concept to market and drive post‑launch performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Define product requirements, pricing strategies and promotional plans aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including procurement, sales, marketing and logistics—to ensure timely product launches.
• Monitor product performance, profitability and inventory levels, and implement optimization initiatives.
• Manage product assortments and support long‑term partnership development in the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proven experience in product or category management within FMCG or wholesale trading.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct market research, demand forecasting and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to work on‑site in Accra.
