Production & Quality Control Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production & Quality Control Associate to support our fast‑growing fashion brand. You will ensure smooth production flow, maintain high quality standards, and help turn designs into finished garments.

Key responsibilities

• Inventory Management: track stock levels, coordinate restocking and run errands to keep production flowing.
• Tailor Supervision: oversee tailors, ensure deadlines are met and workmanship meets standards.
• Quality Control: perform thorough checks on in‑house and outsourced garments to maintain quality standards.
• Order Accuracy & Specifications: interpret client measurements and specifications accurately and ensure they are executed as communicated.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent multitasking capability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Trustworthy, reliable and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for bringing designs to life.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
