Production & Quality Lead

About the role

The Production & Quality Lead is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient water production across all franchise sites. This role combines technical oversight of water treatment systems with team leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training, certification, and ongoing development of System Operators and Assistants.
• Maintain compliance with regulators by certifying franchises, tracking non‑conformities, and preparing for audits.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure water quality meets the latest standards.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, monitoring stock levels and issuing purchase orders.
• Assess new franchise locations for feasibility, support design of production setups, and supervise installation of water treatment equipment.
• Document and share machine‑repair knowledge, provide remote technical support to franchise partners.
• Lead the Production & Quality team through weekly planning, KPI monitoring, monthly reporting, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in water production, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage multi‑site operations.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control, procurement, and audit preparation.
• Experience in training and certifying operational staff.
