Production Shift Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to lead our production floor during assigned shifts. You will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and support the team in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run the production floor during your shift, assigning staff and keeping processes flowing.
• Manage clean shift handovers to prevent loss of work in progress.
• Supervise intake and enforce quality and process standards on every item.
• Monitor machine performance, spot early issues and coordinate repairs.
• Write and submit clear shift reports to management.
• Support and develop the production team on your shift.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools and applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality or safety issues quickly.
• Effective written communication for reporting.
• Firm yet fair leadership style.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
