Professor – Business School (Multiple Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for a full‑time Professor position within its Business School. The appointment may be in any of the following departments: Management and Human Resources, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Conduct and publish scholarly research in reputable journals.
• Engage in community service and contribute to faculty development initiatives.
• Participate in departmental and university governance activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or at least three years as Associate Professor.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) publications in recognized academic journals.
• Three (3) referees with contact details.
