Professor, Business School (Various Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) seeks a qualified Professor to join its Business School. The appointment can be in any of the Business School departments, including Management & Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Supervise student research projects and theses.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in recognized journals.
• Engage in community service and professional outreach.
• Contribute to faculty development and university governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or at least three years as Associate Professor with a minimum of fifteen publications in recognized journals.
• Three referees’ contact details.

Required skills

• Demonstrated expertise in the chosen Business School department.
• Strong academic research and publication record.
• Effective teaching and mentorship abilities.
