Professor – Business School (Various Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for a full‑time Professor position within its Business School. The role spans any of the Business School departments, including Management & Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
• Supervise student research projects and theses.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in recognized journals.
• Engage in community service and outreach activities.
• Contribute to faculty development and university governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or at least three (3) years of experience as an Associate Professor.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) peer‑reviewed publications in recognized journals.
• Three (3) referees with contact details.
• Ability to state the desired department in the application title.
