About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for the rank of Professor within its Business School. Candidates may apply to any of the listed departments, including Management & Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Conduct and publish scholarly research in recognized journals.
• Provide community service and engage in faculty development activities.
• Participate in departmental and university governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or at least three (3) years as Associate Professor with a minimum of fifteen (15) peer‑reviewed publications.
• For Associate Professors seeking promotion, willingness to undergo GCTU’s promotion process.
• Three professional referees with contact details.
