Project Delivery Manager

About the role

The Project Delivery Manager is a full‑time remote position responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan project timelines, coordinate tasks across internal and external stakeholders, and manage expediting activities to keep materials, information, and decisions moving efficiently.
• Monitor logistics and inspection milestones, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project progress.
• Prepare status reports, facilitate regular review meetings with clients, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support continuous process improvement by developing best practices and tools for project delivery.

Required profile

• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Experience in expediting, inspection coordination, and logistics management within consulting, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with online task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
