QA Executive – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a QA Executive to join our new state‑of‑the‑art pharmaceutical facility in Shai Hills. The role will support the delivery of high‑quality medicines by ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of cGMP and SOPs across production.
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR) for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support qualification activities for equipment, utilities and processes.
• Maintain and control quality documentation, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
• Experience working in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs and batch record documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
