About the role
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead quality control activities for Aglow Farms' poultry processing operations in Gomoa Potsin. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that all products meet internal standards and regulatory food safety requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP.
- Supervise inspection activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Analyze production data, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal and external audits and train staff on quality protocols.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Quality Management, Microbiology, Agriculture or related field.
- Experience in food manufacturing or poultry processing.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
