Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will work full‑time on‑site at our processing plant in Gomoa Potsin. You will lead quality control activities, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement of our poultry products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards throughout processing operations.
• Supervise inspection activities, maintain documentation, and support internal and external audits.
• Analyse production data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train staff on quality protocols and collaborate with operations to improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Quality Management, Microbiology, Agriculture or related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing or poultry processing with knowledge of HACCP and GMP.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
