Quality Control and Assembling Technician

About the role

The Quality Control and Assembling Technician ensures every garment order is accurately assembled, inspected, and prepared for dispatch. Working in the Accra & Tema region, you will be the final checkpoint before customers receive their purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Print, sort and organize invoices for due, completed and delayed orders.
• Assemble each order with absolute accuracy, matching garments to tags, order IDs and item types.
• Inspect every garment for stains, damage, colour runs or any defect before packaging.
• Report quality issues to Customer Service or shop attendants and return sub‑standard items for correction.
• Package garments according to company standards (folding, hanging, bagging, labeling) and move completed orders to the dispatch area.
• Update order status in Clean Cloud only when the order is fully ready for collection or delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of processed orders and keep the assembly area organized.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to zero tolerance for sub‑standard garments.
• Basic computer literacy for updating Clean Cloud records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Clean Cloud order‑management system.
