Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will ensure that all products and incoming materials meet the company’s quality and safety standards. Working within the production department, the inspector conducts inspections, records results, and guides improvements to maintain high product excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular quality assessments on incoming vendor materials and outgoing finished products.
• Reject any items that do not meet established quality expectations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to verify product requirements.
• Measure dimensions, test functionality, and compare results against specifications.
• Document inspection outcomes in detailed reports and performance records.
• Recommend and support process improvements to enhance quality control.
• Educate the production team on quality concerns and best practices.
• Supervise the production process and resolve quality‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; quality control certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar quality inspection role.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid technical and mathematical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
