Quality Control Officer – Manufacturing/Photovoltaic (Six Sigma Green Belt)

About the role

The Quality Control Officer will oversee in‑process quality, manage non‑conformities, and lead improvement projects using Six Sigma tools in a manufacturing or photovoltaic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Control in‑process quality and ensure closed‑loop correction of non‑conformities.
• Lead medium and small improvement projects using Six Sigma DMAIC, 8D, SPC, FMEA and MSA to boost yield and reduce defects.
• Analyze quality data, compile reports and standardize inspection documents.
• Maintain the ISO 9001 system and support internal and customer audits.
• Deliver quality training and coordinate cross‑department risk control and new product quality planning.

Required profile

• College degree or higher, preferably in Materials, Photovoltaic, Industrial Engineering or Quality Management.
• At least 1 year of quality experience in manufacturing or photovoltaic industry.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Proficiency with core quality tools and data analysis using Minitab or Excel.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and photovoltaic quality standards.
• Strong root‑cause analysis and cross‑functional communication skills.
