Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. In this position you will ensure the safety and quality of our products and processes through rigorous inspections and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and help deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections and audits of products, components and manufacturing processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality control measures and documentation.
• Identify non‑conformities, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, production and supply‑chain teams to address quality concerns.
• Monitor key quality metrics and generate reports for management.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in engineering or quality assurance.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
