Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to ensure the safety and quality of our products and processes. In this position you will lead rigorous inspections, implement quality control measures, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and help deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections and audits of products, components, and manufacturing procedures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and documentation.
• Identify non‑conformities, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality challenges.
• Monitor key quality metrics and generate regular performance reports.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality excellence.
