About the role
The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the factory’s quality management system, ensuring consistent application of quality standards across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and improve quality policies, procedures, standards, and records.
- Establish and oversee the factory’s quality management system.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to assess the operation of quality systems and processes throughout the factory.
- Identify quality gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
- Work with production and other teams to strengthen quality awareness and improve processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, quality management, or factory operations.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing production processes, factory operations, and quality management systems.
- ISO internal auditor or quality engineer certification is preferred.
